Not trying to down ramp but processing bulk tonnage to 20um would make a big mess, 20um is slime, so it's a washing process using cyclones then coagulation in a large thickener to make a mud then processing after that,

maybe (and this goes for all regolith deposits ) to somehow force water underground to wash the sub 20um particles into a sump bore and coagulate that way

i believe underground insitu leaching is now the preferred method in southern china due to low environmental impact, but this is using ammonia sulphate leach to soluble solution

interested to know your thoughts on this and how AR3 are planning to mine the sub 20um REO
