    I am surprised they didn't come out with something about this earlier, Chinese companies have been increasing prices for the last few months + Chinese govt cracking down on illegal operations has helped prices and also another sign of renewed strength in the market is a Chinese consortium making a winning bid for the Mountain Pass mine in the U.S.
