again as I predicted earlier, why spend the money on building a separation plant when it's cheaper to buy one and retro fit it to IXR requirements if the opportunity arises.
obviously that opportunity was there and regardless of timing to Makuttu starting up when a separation company like this comes available you grab the opportunity.
