    There is someone trying to hold the price down. They had 700,000 plus shares, at 3.6 trying to scaring the price down. They moved it to 3.9c
    Smart move, trying to scare people before the big news comes out.

    Someone believes this is going to fly, with trying to hold the price down, to accumulate.

    Thus is awesome belief, in this company. Someone knows something very important.
