There are people as silly as me that sold this at 12.5c/sh, whereas your logic would have them buying at that price..

Perhaps the silly people are those that sold at 3.5-4c/sh, whereas the smart people bought then and are sitting on a 30% loss at present..

I didn't know the smart way of playing the market was to buy high and hold as the stock declined.

I'm glad you put in the IMO bit, as it's relevant.. Now go and ask any of the AI's, or do a whole lot of google searching, about the odds of building a mine directly in front, downstream of the de-characterised Dam 4 of CBMM, given the current rules for building directly down stream of these types of old tailings dams, from both Brazilian and the state of Minas Gerais..

BTW when the US and China do some type of deal about Rare Earths, the market for them will be well supplied once again. Even Chinese companies are suffering form the current restrictions on exports, so once a deal is done all pressure for building new ones outside China evaporates. Go and look at the profits that Lynas is NOT making after investing the best part of $2B to see where the market is heading. To build what Lynas built would cost way more now, if SGQ could ever get permission to build anything...
