As REE is Currently a Small Cap (Approx. 20 Million) in time any Options linked to this Capital Raise should not be a Major Issue IMO
They can actually be a Good Thing / a Sign of Confidence as Investors go back to the Well and also Delay the need for any future Capital Raises.
Short Term Pain for Long Term Gain.
My Hope is (The Glass is always 1/2 Full) in approx.
3 years REE has a Market Cap. of approx. $300 Million with a Share Price of approx. $0.25 (Allowing for some Dilution & Debt ) Apologies Plenty of Blue Sky Here.
Correct me if I’m Wrong The Boss Mr Durrant recently mentioned the Cost to Fund All 3 Stages of the Project is $350 Million?
My aim when recently coming on board with REE was to be a Long Term Share Holder.
The Challenge now for REE is to Deliver on its Plans for the Future and not Disappoint the Market.
