Raising at 2.5c would see RareX at a $15M MC with its Cummins Range project and a bunch of investments currently also on struggle street.
Recent presentation mentions they’ll seek funding H1 2025, that’s still more than 12mo away suggesting we will need to raise now and very likely at least once again prior. More dilution?
