@gamzu if you looks at table 1 on page 6 of the announcement the main interest will be the presence of light or heavy rare earth that Ytrium can be an indicator of. I don't think there would be much interest in Ytrium on its own . A nice concentration of say Neodymium would be nice but not sure if that's likely .
We will find out before the oppies expire together with some more golf results . Certainly won't be a dull few weeks .
