A plants bio mass will literally, not theoretically, naturally genetically maximise it's area/bio mass with one main shoot, two, ten or twenty where the latter providing smaller fruit, but more of it.

Furthermore now that I am aware that their removing artificially lighten plants outdoors this also bothers me as light hardening isn't the easiest commercial method and is labout intensive IMO.
