Cap raises so far have been strategic so I wouldn't expect the company to raise money until after the resource upgrade. From what I calculated the current amount of reserve is enough to be commercial low cost dig and send. I imagine the plan will change as and when they further increase the JORC after the next few bouts of drilling.
I wonder what the net profit difference between downstream processing and dig & send is. They bought this site from E25 who are paying for their downstream processing though initially dig & send so maybe they were inspired.
keep in mind this project has a timeline to BFS of REE are paying E25 royalties so there is pressure to get a BFS regardless of whether it is actually the end goal.
