Come on.
4.5 years into the company, conserving money while waiting for the macro to (barely) improve to "minimise shareholder dilution" is close to a laughable strategy. The company's SOI is very nearly 800M - the time for overt care about dilution is years too late. For a pointless comparison, WA1 is currently on 61M. You can't compare, so stop trying and get on with what you have to work with. Former management and board failed to make hay while the sun shone in so many respects and now here we are.
Any number of companies out there, right now, actively in the field, doing the work. Kimberley is dry right now, yes?
Let's publicly check in with the prospects. There's a lot actually going on but you'd hardly know it sometimes - corporate presentations don't count. In no particular order, by magnetics.
Saudi Arabia
Waiting on actual announcement.
Canada
This is a combination of fancier magnetics and gravity. NE Ontario. There are 3-4 legit targets here and other Nb carbs close by.
Waiting on actual announcement.
Moroccan Cobalt Project
Been around for years but not worked on. Don't know much about it. Being forever divested according to the Quarterly reports.
Cummins Range
Offtakes, apparently. Largest something. Maybe some new drilling for perhaps some shallower? mineralisation.
East Yilgarn
This messy tenement mass is actually a whole regional thing now and includes potentially one of the best exploration targets anywhere. Major carbonatite / IOCG-IOA prospect seemingly headed for some variant of a farm-in; slightly sadly in a respect but also perhaps necessary. It's been approved for close to a year now, I don't understand the slower than glacial pace of the company being able to publicly start the early work.
Weld North
How this was allowed to go on for so long after you test drilled it years ago... and you kept spending money on it for years after?? There weren't any other carbonatite targets out there in the country or the world you could have instead being focused on?? Thankfully now gone.
Mt Mansbridge
Seemingly heading for a farm-in now. Sure. Ok. Let's all hope there's something there. Waiting for tenement approval.
Maude Creek
Waiting for tenement approval. It's up in the NE Kimberley region.
Orange East
Company holds 25% free carry in a long suffering maybe gold thing. Can go.
Murchison
Byro East. It was a REE thing for the RE, then got sent over to form the original backbone of Cosmos without a single utterance about the RE but now magically, there's a probable carbonatite there. Who would have thought such an outcome was possible - yes, sarcasm.
The whole region has fallen out of favour of late but there are likely prospects there. Two companies are now actively suggesting carbonatites along with signals of everything else. Cosmos seems to be going all in on North America and it's probably time to come back to REE for a complete reset and restart - partly for a fresh approach and partly as there are land exclusion matters in the region that need to be accounted for - which Cosmos should have already handled and should do so before sending it back.
