I agree with your sentiment completely but there is always some underlying caution with a JR announcement.

If it's not explicitly (or only minimially) stated, it's either not a thing at all or there might or might not be some future development in the topic, but shareholders should proceed with caution in terms of expectation.

It turns out JR's "reading in between the lines" of making announcements is usually right in front of our face. The best example of this is how things related to "other tenements" have been handled - either there's nothing to publicly say or we just get a suggestion when there is a development of note, even if neutral.

There is actually other tenement news hovering about. Eventually, one day.

In his presentations, JR is telling us where to focus and where to not bother right now. Right now, everything is Cummins and Shenghe.

So, everything might be ok and we very might very well get a share allocation, but the fact it hasn't been explicitly stated in the initial announcement IS a legitimate reason to pause for an extended moment of concern.
