As share owners we own these assets. This is basically giving them away and then asking us to re purchase them back. Pathetic.
As share holders vote no.
Sell it off to another organization and use the capital to advance the project.
THIS IS NOT AN ACETABLE OUTCOME AND WE ALL MUST TELL THE DIRECTORS AFTER ALL THEY WORK FOR US.
Email them. their is no substantial holders owing the majority of shares so we all have a voice lets use it. Tell them what we expect and dissolve the board if necessary as this is nothing more than corporate theft........
