This is definitely somewhat of a mixed announcement.
It makes sense from an organisational perspective but REE holders lose two projects of interest... for...... something? We get a priority offer for the IPO? That's it?
I know it's not stated but is RareX going to hold X% in Cosmos, similar to how we hold stakes of KCC and CREC?
Like... I'm sure there is.... (right?).... but is there something incoming to REE to balance this out??? Is this an offload for an as yet unstated reason? Takeover? New very significant holder? Some very specific new RE related thing incoming that doesn't want distractions? Yes?? That's the plan?? There's a plan, right? Please?
