Let the directors breach instead of voting them out they can go to jail or better yet we will all sue them for losses due to their lacking of duty.
On a serious note;
Does anybody know how to get a list of shareholders so I can contact communicate with them directly. It is time to vote out the directors and have a new fresh look at making this company what it should be - at the next AGM. It is one of the few companies that this can easily be achieved; well can be achieved before we let them give themselves massive share bonus entitlements until they hold majority of control.......
