If you have been there many times you would know that it is not smack bang in the middle of anything! It is land that is not visible from anywhere other than the sky and not good for anything....at all. Cromwell may be a nice part of the world, but they are now mining in Cromwell. Queenstown is a nice part of the world, so is Wanaka. Not mining there either!!!!
