I would be working with the Greens if I was the SMI Board , the hills East of Bendigo/RAS rise to 900 meters Above Sea level , lake Dunstan is around 250 meters ASL , an artificial earthen lake dam built from overburden from RAS (guessing there is up to 20 Million BCM'S of overburden ) at 600 ASL in a valley would make a nice storage lake for pumped hydro supporting green energy from solar and wind , it would be a mini Onslow .
