I'm sure SMI will continue to grow the resource ... but also as NZD Gold has never been higher ... lower labour rates than Aus ... I'm sure SMI could make a pretty attractive BFS - FID .... also they are planning to build an international airport just few kms away over the ranges in Tarras ...
Makes me want to buy some land in Tarra's housing demands could well be high (also as its near on impossible to secure rental here in Central Otago)
a basic 6x bed bath could well rent out well per room in the years ahead
