Some look at infill drilling as more an exploratory endeavour rather than "fill in the blanks" exercise. Its purpose is to better define the grade and parameters of the ore body.
This where I get excited: connections between deposits, potential for "high-grade (HG1) domain extensions," perhaps closer to the surface, are just two things I look for (and them, too).
