re: Ann: Rating Agency Release - Standard and... I dislike the rating agencies intensely, but it has to be positive news. Reduced cost of new debt and potentially new investors open to a less risky stock. The real reason it should be going up is that they're retired a lot of debt, not because the rating agency has bumped them up a notch.
