I'm not voting for an opportunistic asset grab from a company that up until last year had nothing to do with mining. Don't forget RAU spent $5.5mil on exploration and $3.8mil on expenses last financial year alone, how does this fairly compensate us?

Look at what they're paying for a marginal mine in ballarat from Castlemaine, 55 million! We get 6 and change.

If there isn't a decent offer on the table then defer all non essential expenditure and wait. I'll be voting no.
