re: Ann: RAU enters into agreement to sell Am... There is a bit of water to go under the bridge before the announcement become fact.

It is farcical that in reality all the money that RAU is going to get out of this is a paltry $750,000 (which it has already been loaned anyway to keep things churning along I guess.

I don't think we got a clear explanation about what the loan from Lion was exactly meant to cover in the earlier announcement a few weeks back?????

Being given scrip in Lion is hardly satisfactory. Just bits of paper that could become worthless.

The announcement itself could become worthless if enough shareholders turn down the great "rescue package".

That is the critical point ahead of this. The sale still has to be approved by the shareholders. I won't be voting in favour that's for sure.
