The drilling permit application has been with the authorities for a long time. Did it just sit in some beuracrats in-tray all this time and only when pressed by the company to find out whats happening that it gets a reply late yesterday. Something not adding up here. Why taken so long ?? Surely there has been dialogue over all this time between the company and BNR as opposed to BNR just finding out more info is required. Its not passing the pub-test.
