    Frustrating for holders but the appeal will likely be successful in my opinion. Mining in WA can't have single employee assesments, especially poor ones that contradict independent assesments, ruining what I believe is a large lithium project and billions of income for the state.

    If it does, this is exactly the kind of thing that makes a jurisdiction drop down the mining policy perception index. Does WA really want to trail Quebec and Ontario with red hot lithium projects starting to appear in this part of the world?

    Also I think the silver lining here is if it takes another 3 months for the appeal I'm fine with that. Lithium prices are basing with supply slowely being turned off.

    Do we really want BNR to drop results into this atrocious spec market, or later in the year when most analysts see lithium price recovery as supply is turned off on other projects?
