Last time they sold a chunk of that land for 5 million $ / 1 million RMS shares and a maybe a small royalty of I’m not mistaken. Was before my time.
Add some more cash in the bank, with these interest rates why not ? It’s literally paying for staff / directors fees right now. As we sit our cash balance is inflating each quarterly. Been a slow slog but at-least we aren’t churning thru our cash balance. Play it smart.

Get out to MT Farmer when the final tenement of the package has been granted, really looking forward as to what is out there / some great nearology.
They also spoke of more potential land acquisitions while they appeal this permit.
