I wasn't suggesting they are using it as a shield, or are in breach of disclosure laws, but I recall with some other RTO's I have been involved with, a lot more information re clients and the business model were all revealed in the prospectus and steady news flow came closer to the dates I mentioned.

Remember we are still invested in RYG and not Xped, until the RTO is complete!

RYG could have easily mentioned the name of the collaboration partner with the ann or ASX would have required them to do so, however this was not the case, as my understanding is that RYG is not obliged to reveal all the particulars yet.
