FreeeH...yes, the thing markets hate MOST is uncertainty ( like a Fed Rate decision, division of NATO by Russia isolating Turkey, whatever), but I suggest there very little uncertainty about this DD process (just read this Board!). It would appear the decision was already discounted.
Of course, anything can happen today (rule #1 of markets)...the day many were waiting for. As I write, stock is up 0.1 c, on 24.8M Volume.
