There's an old expression you may be familiar with.

The expression cart before the horse is an idiom or proverb used to suggest something is done contrary to the natural or normally effective sequence of events. A cart is a vehicle that is ordinarily pulled by a horse, so to put the cart before the horse is an analogy for doing things in the wrong order.

Again, without the water the rest is all a waste of money.

I'm predicting they'll do a CR some time in November, most likely beforehand, though. The longer it's left the lower the SP will be.
I'm seeing .23c by end November.
They'll most likely put out some bullS!+ fluff announcement in the weeks leading up in an attempt to raise the 30-day VWAP price so the discount doesn't look so bad. (it still will be of course)

For the bulls that are trapped, timing this run up is critical to salvaging what's left of your initial capital.
