    Didn't they say in the Ann that two sources of saline water are available and they are exploring using saline water and if it fails they need to desalinate this water before using it?

    so isn't the question more of....water is available, but that water is saline...and if in saline form it cannot be used then they need desalination before they can use it?

    im just trying to understand the situation
