    If he gets offended by someone on a forum with a contrary view to him, then perhaps he shouldn't be part of it or remain silent.
    Ignoring reality won't end well for that holder or any other for that matter.

    Everything in my reply is relevant. If that helps others to see the big picture here, then it was worth it, and if not, then they are just as foolish.
