Sorry @BoogieB but you are missing the point. If you read the whole address, not just an excerpt, you would see that the Chair directly linked the desire to attract institutional investors with the need for a share consolidation:
What his comments blatantly ignore is that it is not just a low share price that precludes institutional investors, but a low market cap. A share consolidation does not increase the market cap.
