    Apologies for the string of posts tonight - just trying to keep up with the announcements being released by MGT after the market had closed.

    The last announcement this evening confirms my calculations above with respect to the amounts that MGT have drawn down, but I am concerned MGT made a material mis-calculation with respect to the number of shares that could be issued from the convertible notes.
