Question for all and sundry.
According to the latest quarterly RRL has a hedgebook of 440koz @ A$1,617/oz deliverable by 10koz per quarter. If my maths serves me right that means they will only deliver on this hedge after 44 quarters or 11 years. I have never seen such a hedge before (duration). Two questions
1. Is the above accurate?
2. If so, how do they deliver on it when they only have 5 years of reserves (at Duketon) remaining? (2,000koz / 400kozpa)
