    'determine single go forward option for upstream (gas field) development'

    And this is by mid-2011

    Does that mean they are committing to one option for selling the gas by mid 2011 - eg Gladstone or Newcastle?? Or is this about drilling techniques or something? It's just the word upstream seems to imply sales of gas.

    Help would be appreciated to understand this.
