The problem with the process KRC went into with the VS is they knew on 11 November that the results were less than the impression given by the rock ships. Yet they chose to remain in VS for an extended amount of time.
I have been concerned that during the hype of early November and since not one mention of results from handheld devices were released and I recon a few of those would have been on site.
If this outcome is what the ASX is looking for with VS's they should think again.
I have no doubt the the company is in possession of assay results for Catto and Todhunter.
Why are they out of VS with those results no published?
If they release those results and they are positive it will demonstrate that the reasons given for VS were a sham.
What were the reasons again. What has happened to the market since reinstated? Very "orderly" - not.
