COY as a company, the general market has no awareness of despite such significant Cloncurry area land holdings and excellent potentials.

And the people associated— the Ceo, Dr Huang as no1 holder and on modest salary / remuneration.
**The significant resources investor man (above) , Dr Fu as no2 . Significant investor in Tietto , TIE. Dr Fu originally with Western Mining pedigree, where he gained much experience and key training.
Excellent taste in his investments, and seriously respected exploration geophysics experience and capabilities.

**And Barrick Corp - as no3 !

**Chris Wallin and his wife Fiona have also been jostling in their places in the top 20 shareholders!

Although not difficult to gain entry to top 20 shareholding, as COY majority larger holdings of shares are actually very tightly held.

Shareholders have been on an incredible and long journey here with as good outcome as could occur through 10 years, with low copper prices through the middle of the recent decade, and difficulties funding PNG projects.
Ultimately COY management and team were completely unable to operate in PNG from when Covid hit.

The Barrick Corporation agreement and continued relationship and their large % holdings Coppermoly ongoing.
Barrick - to be remembered, have had past significant mining involvement in north western Qld.

How the company has effectively split itself, but ensured Asx shareholders still have their original number of COY shares holdings and held the highly valuable Cloncurry Mt Isa inlier exploration area.

Shares at around the good average shareprice level , with only a modest market cap still, and holding the highly prospective Cloncurry - NW Qld land, now added to in the past 18mths.
Over 1500km2 excellent ground.

Remarkable juncture the company is now at , excellent exploration has begun,
& some pretty illustrious major shareholders!

Also TNC announcement yesterday highlights the promise for local companies with Cu resources in the Cloncurry area.
True North, TNC, have the Great Australian mine — this is along strike Cloncurry Fault with COY , and nearby also to COY main tenements Shuffleton, with known high grade copper past mining history. As well as in proximity with the new tenements last year.

Glencore need more copper ore ongoing - they provide excellent contract freight and processing.
Great roads & infrastructure with electricity & Cloncurry township and trained workforce proximity, and the smelter and processing in Mt Isa . Then rail to Townsville port and refinery in Townsville as well.

Copper is also moving strongly now
