There it goes again he sells some at 2.2 then dumps a similar amount into 2cents to get that 2.1 average, then loads the sell side.
I don't think it's capping I just think it someone dumb who doesn't know how to trade out a holding without holding down the share price, he just wants out at 2.1 and we are stuck here until his done.
Pressure builds I guess once his done it will fly until then
