No conspiracy, just one crazy seller he has been on a selling rampage ever since we broke 2cents, he wants out and he is willing to let them all go at 2cents, it's not a problem he can't have that many left, the smarts have been capping 2.4 and soaking all this loose fruit.
Right now we are pre-drilling per-news the volume we are seeing is forming a great base, don't panic let him sell out to the smarts. I have taken a bunch off of him aswell, anything under 3cents in an absolute steal, I am not just ramping I am still buying at todays prices.
Once drilling is announced watch that cap disappear as the late buyers scramble to take positions ahead of results, it's looking very good just sit back crack a cold one and let it happen.
