Its not external consultants, any registered geologist can create a JORC compliant manual resource estimate.
a cut off grade is ok, but you can't pick and choose the grades per drill hole and then create a resource. A JORC resource requires geological boundaries, interpretation and continuation of grade.
not once has this company given a geological cross section, instead they give a data table of jumbled up intercepts. I just find that very non JORC like that's all..
