True. But they have a duty to declare their knowledge of the resources to shareholders under continuous disclosure, so where is this supposed knowledge? Certainly not in their announcements, or they would have a scoping study with an opex/capex clouded in cautionary statements, not tickyboxes on Powerpoint.
