Interesting reading about Meeka today, started to read their development presentation. Seems to look good, fully funded (expensive) first pour mid 2025, decent grade, 127% IRR etc.
but down 12% - what am i missing? I dont own. Ok they have pumped recently.
ASIC of 1791 seems high maybe due to u/g?
They at 1.2moz @ 3g/t. Bit higher than us but high grade is u/g. 67m MC. but they do have infrastructure. 42m startup cost. Open pit first to be mined (like our ironbark...)
Wonder if they are a potential toll facility for GBR if Westgold is out. They are increasing capacity by 30% for their own expansion - so may not have any capacity...
if we are at 30m MC now, it would seem they are undervalued - anyone have a thought why? Risky ramp up?
I have more reading to do - but good to watch our neighbors as I think plough has alluded to - working together in the murchison could be one strategy but I'm starting to think we will have to go it alone?
