As long as there is a looming CR hanging there like the sword of Damocles, the SP will struggle to get traction. You see it time and time again. CR's these days are always done at steep discounts (often with bonus free oppies thrown in), brokers twist managements (rubber) arm, and retail holders don't want to buy in and then get burnt.
