It depends on if there is scale and the marginal costs of attaching infrastructure.
(Not authoritative, my NPV modelling) says if there was an MRE of 1 mn oz Au. would mean an intrinsic SP of 2.9 cents with conservative modelling on revenue and likely overshooting capital costs for DEG.
