Not totally.
All i know is retail can't place the orders, can only get the surplus. It was 2.4million shares after 4pm, i was less than 1 mill from being filled. My order is the 440k. At one point it was in at 4:06, then more buyers came and it was out again. Should get em tomorrow, but if a good announcement comes or gold continues up, it might never get filled.
