My misses calls it the pepper attack, crack enough into the sauce and the flavour will change. These guys have drilled so many holes without coming up with a decent target it makes my head spin. Then again, great property under foot that eventually should produce results. I sold ages ago for a small loss, but at these prices I'm willing to take a punt and a further punt if they focus their attention on making a sauce with more flavour.
