Just a quick, back of envelope working of costs etc.
Let's assume ( conservatively)... [email protected] g/t.....27000 Oz
At $150/g, each tonne is worth $510,
Less royalty...$23
Mining cost....$22
Treatment......$65
Transport.......$25....assuming 150km travel.
Admin etc.......$25
Assume 92% recovery, each tonne worth $470.
Total costs, using figures in announcement, but admin etc was my addition, gives$160 tonne.
Surplus, $310/tonne , at 265kt gives $82M to be split with Terra Mining.
Of course this is simplistic and doesn't include other costs, escalation of costs and dilution etc but gives an idea that there's a potentially lucrative situation here with the secret being the grade...far better to mine and truck 3g/t ore than 1g/t.
I certainly don't expect such a magic number but it will be good to see some accurate costings as we progress
