‘Calling out’ management is fine with me. I’ve seen knowledgeable people do this, and I appreciate with it. Their posts have a message to management and are usually constructive in some way.
On the other hand, the posts I’ve seen from you I can only describe as whinging. Not sure how you think that’s going to help.
