The company doesn't seem to be saying that.
AML might be <5% of Zan's blue sky opportunity. Jointly developing the AML opportunity and retaining ownership of the other 97.5% of the upside isn't selling off the upside of Zan for a quick buck.
And it sure beats a CR with XX% dilution.
