There is another alternative that Sheba 3.0 runs CloFloZan + Decitabine vs CloFloZan + Venetoclax in an effort to facilitate a mini bidding war for the AML pathway.
I think this would be pretty short-sighted though as the patent clock for RC220 would start counting down. We need multiple indications hitting the clinic simultaneously to extract the most value out of Zan IMO.
