Where are you getting 2025 from in regards to RC220 availability? Damian's strategy had RC220 in the clinic mid next year, and I would assume RAC are doing everything in their power to accelerate that if possible. I would also assume they are going to use this time wisely and use it to get approvals and everything else in place in the mean time in order to hit the ground running.
Of course it's possible that there are delays, but unless you're in the know somehow, 2025 would seem to be pretty pessimistic.
